New Student Orientation/CLUE
The Co-Curricular Transcript is used to complement your résumé and academic transcript for applicants to graduate school and prospective employers.
The Co-Curricular Transcript is
divided into six sections (Examples provided):
- Leadership Activities : Includes positions of leadership within a club or organization (Captain, President, and Vice-President).
- Professional and Educational Development: Includes on-campus work experience.
- Honors, Awards, Scholarships & Recognition : Any formal recognition of academic or scholarly success.
- Student Government & Organizations: Includes membership in any group on campus or participation in an extracurricular activity.
- Community Service : (American Red Cross, Auxiliary Police Department, etc.).
- CLUES: Includes any CLUE certified activity on campus that you have completed and signed the attendance form.
Students should fill out a validation form for each individual activity, which will help track accomplishments.
Each activity you submit must be verified. Validation must be provided by a faculty advisor or a non-student representative directly associated with the activity.
Once you have completed the form and received the proper verification, bring your form to:
