Center for Advising and Academic Success (CAAS)
Upon your readmission into the College, with few exceptions, most readmit students are advised by the Center for Advising and Academic Success (CAAS) when you return to CSI. To keep our curricula current and progressive, the College must periodically change its degree requirements for accreditation purposes. Therefore, it is imperative that you meet with an advisor as soon as possible to discuss any Major, Minor and General Education changes that might be pertinent to you; and that are based upon your readmission status, due to the longevity of your absence.
To qualify for early registration; and thus, professional/faculty advisor assistance, readmit request must be processed by the Registrar’s Office by the college’s specified deadline. Students, who are readmitted after the stated deadline, are serviced by the College on the walk-in registration dates which are published in the Semester Bulletin.
Remember, college policies and procedures are constantly changing; therefore, it’s imperative that you reacquaint yourself with CSI’s current operating principles. Know that CSI is on the move...
