The Office Of Dining Services offers members of the college community
an opportunity to experience a wide variety of food offerings from
a number of service areas across campus. The Campus Center Cafeteria, the Park
and Bytes Cyber Cafe at the CSI Library and the Food Carte at the CSI Center for the Arts, provides students, faculty, staff and visitors numerous options and of course conveniently placed vending machines placed throughout the campus
provide service 24/7. Special
Events Catering can be arranged for meetings
for four or dinners for seven hundred. Our expert staff will create a menu that compliments your program.
Campus Center Cafeteria
is located on the first floor of the Campus Center.
The Cafeteria is the main dining facility on campus and as such
has something to satisfy everyone’s palate. The modified court
features several service counters such as Deli-Board, Hot Stuff,
Sizzles and Pies on Pizza. Each service area features standard menus
and daily specials that include soups, hot entrees, hot and cold
sandwiches, pizza by the slice and pizza rolls. Those looking for
something quick can take advantage of pre-made salads, sandwiches
and wraps from the Grab N Go bar. A full breakfast menu is available,
as are fresh cakes and pastries.

is located on the first floor of the Campus Center adjacent to the Cafeteria. The Park Café
is open for lunch Monday – Thursday during the Fall & Spring Semesters. The menu features fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, crepes, paninis, quiche, seafood, and pasta. The restaurant also periodically offers theme and prix fixe buffets.
Located in the Center for the Arts Atrium the Food Carte is centrally
between North & South Quads and the North & South Administration
from 10:00am – 2:00pm Monday –Thursday during the Fall
& Spring Semesters the
Food Carte serves hot & cold beverages, soups, salads, sandwiches and assorted deserts.
Special Events Catering
is available by contacting The Office of Dining Services. The staff
can assist you in everything from menu
suggestion, style of service and decorating. Whether the program is for seven or 700 our staff is able to assist you in all your dining needs.
