Can I view my bill on-line?
Yes, you can view your bill on-line using eSims.

Can I pay my bill on the Internet?
Yes, you can pay your bill online through your ESIMS account with a credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Discover), or through your checking or savings account.
Note: Students using a credit card are subject to a 2.65% convenience fee [Payments made through your checking or savings account are not charged a conveniece fee].

Can I make a credit card payment over the phone?
No, credit card or Electronic Fund Transfers can only be done online through your ESIMS account.

How do I have a Bursar stop removed from my account?
Bursar stops can only be removed at the Bursar's Office. If you have a question regarding your stop you may call (718.982.2060) or visit the Bursar's Office (room 2A-105) during window hours.

How do I get a copy of my bill?
Students can request a copy of their bill by phone, in-person at the Bursar windows or at the HUB (room 2A-106).

What do I do if I think my bill is incorrect?
If you believe your bill is incorrect due to an error with your class registration, regarding status or matriculation status please go to the Office of Registrar. If you have a question regarding your past due balance please call or visit the Bursar's Office.

What charges are included on my bill?
Your tuition bill includes current semester tuition and fees and past due balances for the prior year. Library fines are not included on your tuition bill.

What do I do if I need to change my address?
The easiest way to change your address is on the Internet. Go to https://www.csi.cuny.edu/registrar/onlineforms/ and select "change of address form". If you want to change your address by mail go to the same address, print a copy of the change of address form and mail it to the Registrar's Office. The most difficult way to change your address is in person. If you wish to change your address in person please go to the HUB room 2A-106.

Do I get charged interest if I choose to pay my tuition with the AMS payment plan?
No, you are charged an $18.00 fee for the Fall 2010 or Spring 2011 semester to enroll with AMS.

Does the Bursar certify TAP awards?
Yes, the TAP certification process is done at the Bursar's Office.

How do I get my refund?
The fastest and easiest way to receive your refund is to enroll in our direct deposit program. You can request a direct deposit form by calling the Bursar's Office or at the Bursar's window. Students who do not sign up for Direct Deposit will have their refunds mailed.

What if I don't own a computer?
For your convenience computers are located directly across from the Bursar window at the Web Resource Center (room 2A-104). Computers for students use are also available at the College Library.
