Important Credit Card Payment Announcement:
Effective March 13, 2016 students will no longer be able to pay any outstanding tuition and fee charges for the Spring 2016 or any prior semester by credit card.
If you have a balance for these semesters and you want to pay by credit card you must do so by March 13, 2016. After March 13 any payment for these terms must be made by cash, check, money order or ACH payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDER
TO ALL WINTER / SPRING 2016 STUDENTS
All tuition payments for the Winter 2016 semester are due beginning December 1, 2015. All tuition payments for the Spring 2016 semester are due beginning December 15, 2015.
If you have registered for classes for the Winter 2016 semester and you do not plan to attend, you have until Sunday, January 3, 2016 to officially withdraw from your classes or you will be charged tuition and fees as per the University’s Academic calendar. If you have registered for classes for the Spring 2016 semester and you do not plan to attend, you have until Thursday January 28, 2016 to officially withdraw from your classes. If you do not officially withdraw, you will be charged tuition and fees as per the University’s Academic calendar. These tuition and fee charges are your responsibility regardless of your decision to attend class, or your Financial Aid eligibility. These charges cannot be waived or reduced by the Bursar’s Office, so please review your registration carefully prior to the 1st day of the semester.
There are no exceptions to this refund policy. This applies to both full and partial withdrawals and is applicable whether or not your class meets on the first official day of classes.

Nelnet Payment Plan (Pre-Payment Plan) – Effective Fall 2015 Semester
Beginning in the Fall 2015 semester you can sign up for a payment plan directly through your CUNYfirst account with Nelnet. Information regarding the payment plan is provided below. The Bursar Office is responsible for the collection of tuition and fees at the College of Staten Island.

Thursday 9:30AM - 7:00PM
Friday 9:30AM - 3:45PM
During spring recess and the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve, the Bursar's window closes at 4:15PM. The Bursar Office is closed on Friday for about six weeks between June and August.
