How do I get an Optimal account?
Optimal accounts are available to current students, alumnus and alumnae. All other accounts will be closed unless otherwise noted.

I’ve forgotten my Optimal login information!
Please visit the Career and Scholarship Center, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM – Bring your Student ID with you. This is the only way we can reset your username and password. Student IDs can be obtained by visiting the Security Office in Building 2A by presenting a paid and verified semester bill. If you are alumnus/alumnae and have forgotten your login information, please call our office at 718.982.2300.
