EDS 604 The Pedagogy of Secondary School in Science
3 hours; 3 credits
Issues of teaching and learning science are examined with attention to planning, instruction, assessment, management, and the educational application of technology. Scientific concepts, structures, and language are explored in relation to developing strategies for instruction and providing for students' differing special needs. A fieldwork component of thirty (30) hours is included. Not open to students who have taken EDS 304 or its equivalent. NOTE: This course has a material fee.
