ART 480 Senior Project in Art and Photography
4 hours; 3 credits
Open to Art and Photography majors who wish to complete their senior project exhibition. This course advances students in making the transition from college to the professional world of art-making. Prior to enrolling in this course, all students must have an existing body of highly developed studio work in painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography or installation. Through reading assignments and lectures, students will articulate, in written and oral forms, the aesthetic components of their creative practice while critically engaging with the work of their peers. NOTE: This course has a material fee.
Corequisite: Any 300 level studio art or 300 level photography class
