BIO 327 Molecular Biology
3 class hours, 3 laboratory hours; 4 credits
Principles and regulation of gene expression: nucleic acid and chromosome structure/function, transcription, RNA processing, and translation. Emphasis on eukaryotes and experimental analysis (recombinant DNA and other methods) of genomes, gene structure/function, and expression. NOTE: This course has a material fee.
