GEG 264 Political Geography

All politics are embedded in geographical space. This course examines the ways in which people have territorially arranged the Earth’s surface, internal and external relationships of politically organized areas, the effects of political actions on social and economic conditions, and the significance of geographical factors behind political situations, problems, and conflicts within and between different territories. For Geography majors this is designated as a topics course. (social science) (cont. wld.) NOTE: This course satisfies the College Option.
