MGT 410 Business Policy

This course focuses on the introduction and application of the concepts, theories, and frameworks of strategic management. Students will learn to analyze a firm’s internal and external environment and formulate strategy on the functional and business level. Students will also be introduced to corporate-level strategy and strategy implementation including ethics.
Prerequisites: Completion of the business pre-major requirements and junior or senior standing
