On April 1, 2013 the CUNYfirst system has been implemented for Student Records at the College of Staten Island. Already introduced a couple of years ago in our Human Resources department, CUNYfirst at College of Staten Island will change the way that students register for classes and pay their bills, and that faculty members view class rosters, verify enrollment and post their grades. It is also designed to streamline other administrative, day-to-day aspects of life at College of Staten Island.

SIMS (and eSIMS) is locked and students, faculty and staff can no longer access it. Student can access CUNYfirst online schedule of classes. CSI’s online schedule of classes remains available, but is not longer updated. |
April 4 |
CUNYfirst Campus Solutions go live. |
Early April

Students can claim their CUNYfirst accounts. Textbook information is entered online CUNYfirst. |
April 22 |
Summer registration begins. Faculty advisors enter permissions in CUNYfirst. |
May 20 |
Fall registration begins. |

Faculty enter Spring 2013 course grades in CUNYfirst and retrieve Summer 2013 class rosters. |
