The easiest and fastest way to get help about CUNYfirst is online. The College of Staten Island CUNYfirst site (http://www.csi.cuny.edu/cunyfirst) contains help files, videos and FAQs.
Visit http://www.cuny.edu/cunyfirst to view step by step guides to everything from claiming your CUNYfirst account to paying your bill. Students can click on the Student Self-Service link on the navigation bar. Faculty and faculty advisors can click on the Faculty/Advisor Self-Service link.
When logged into CUNYfirst, you will also have access to the firstSolutions Knowledge Base through a link on your CUNYfirst home page. This tool has a wealth of information about CUNYfirst. The link can be found on the main page.
