Josh Bell is the author of No Planets Strike. He received his M.F.A. from the Iowa Writers' Workshop, where he was a Teaching-Writing Fellow and Paul Engle Postgraduate Fellow. He was the Diane Middlebrook Fellow at the University of Wisconsin's Creative Writing Institute, 2003-04, and in the Summer of 2006 was a Walter Dakin Fellow at the Sewanee Writer's Conference. His poems have been reprinted in the recent anthologies Legitimate Dangers, Imaginary Poets: 22 Master Poets Create 22 Master Poets, The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror, Seriously Funny, and Third Rail: Rock and Roll Poetry (MTV Books). He teaches creative writing at Columbia University.
Jonathan Wells is a poet and editor. His poems have been published in many literary journals including Hayden's Ferry, Nimrod and Poetry International. He is also the editor of Third Rail: An Anthology of Rock and Roll which was published by Simon & Schuster and MTV Books in 2007. Previously, he had worked at Rolling Stone Magazine as director of Rolling Stone Press, the book publishing part of the magazine, and founded Circulo de Lectores, a Spanish language book club.
