In order to receive this service STUDENTS MUST make an appointment to see an advisor in the Office of Disability Services. Students can call 982-2510 to make an appointment. Examples of non-traditional testing include extended time, scribing services and/or reader services. The Office of Disability Services can provide these services if you have provided appropriate documentation to the Office of Disability Services. To facilitate making these arrangements, you will be given a form at the beginning of each semester where you indicate which,if any of the alternative testing settings you may require. This form can then be given to your instructor , and he/she can note any instructions, notes, or guidelines for test taking. A form must be submitted for each test.
