Welcome to the Office of Diversity and Compliance

The Director of the Office of Diversity and Compliance, reports to the President of the College, serves as College’s Chief Diversity Officer, The Office of Diversity and Compliance is responsible for ensuring the College's compliance with University and College policy, and Federal, State, and municipal laws pertaining to equal employment, affirmative action, and diversity. The Office has oversight over the following areas; Title IX compliance, Sexual Harassment, 504/ADA compliance, and oversight over College search committees and serves various college constituencies regarding the interpretation of all regulations that apply to the University's Affirmative Action Program.
