You are responsible for safeguarding your DolphinCard. A lost or stolen card should be reported immediately so it can be deactivated.
This can be done:
- Online Community System - The area of the DolphinCard Website where a Cardholder may log in and manage his or her DolphinCard Account.
- Contacting the DolphinCard Office during regularly scheduled business hours, in person or by phone (718.982.2294). Please note leaving a message with the Office of Parking & DolphinCard Services DOES NOT constitute reporting of lost card. You must speak to a representative from the Office of Parking & DolphinCard Services. Please be aware that you remain responsible for card transactions and costs prior to card deactivation. Falsifying, altering or misusing your own or anyone else’s ID card in any way is strictly prohibited by the College.
If you lose your DolphinCard, you must bring a photo ID as proof of identification and pay replacement fee as follows:
Card Replacement Fee:
- 1st card: $15.00
- 2nd card: $20.00
- 3rd card and up: $25.00
