Biography / Academic Interests
:
Prior to joining CSI, Professor Brickman was a Senior Accountant for Coopers and Lybrand CPA’s (now merged into PriceWaterhouseCoopers). She is a CPA licensed in the State of New York. Professor Brickman served as chair of the accounting area within the business department for several years and presently supervises and teaches the Tax Internship Program, a program providing valuable work experience for our accounting students during their college careers. In addition, Professor Brickman is responsible for the annual accounting job fair, which attracts recruiters from both public accounting firms and private corporations to CSI. As a result of this job fair, students have successfully secured full time as well as part time internship positions.

Professor Brickman’s interests lie in the area of taxation, and she has published several articles in national tax publications.
