Biography / Academic Interests
:
Professor Sandler earned his B.S. degree in Accounting at Queens College (CUNY), and MS in Taxation at C.W. Post University. He spent over a decade in private industry where he worked in a variety of positions in accounting, taxation, and auditing. Thereafter, he earned his JD degree at Touro Law School. At CSI, Professor Sandler teaches courses in Accounting and Taxation at the undergraduate and graduate level.
Scholarship / Publications
:
Professor Sandler’s primary research interest involves taxation at the individual level. He has had his research in a variety of journals including: Tax Analyst, the EA Journal, National Public Accountant and Tax Practice Management.
