Biography / Academic Interests :
Professor Gagliardi received his MBA from Pace University in Professional Management and an Advanced Professional Certificate in Marketing Management from New York University.  He has taught at CSI for many years as an Adjunct Lecturer and for two years as a Substitute Lecturer.  He is the Coordinator of the Business Internship Program at CSI and teaches advanced courses in both Marketing and Management.  In 2006, Professor Gagliardi received the CSI Dolphin Award for Outstanding Teaching by a Member of the Adjunct Faculty.  He has worked for Clairol and Revlon and he draws on those experiences while in the classroom to provide real-world examples and practical suggestions for implementing the conceptual content of business courses.

Scholarships / Publications :
Professor Gagliardi is presently working on an Advertising book tentatively titled “Simplicity in Advertising.”  In the changing digital revolution, there are many new, innovative, and alternative methods to reach a target audience.  This book will emphasis that great creativity and strong positioning is still the key to successful  advertising regardless of the media choice.
