Biography / Academic Interests :
Professor Silverberg has served schools and programs as a teacher and leader for more than 25 years and is currently the Deputy Chair of the Education Department and Coordinator of the Post Masters Advanced Certificate Program for Leadership in Schools at CSI. Dr. Silverberg earned her doctorate in educational administration from Hofstra University after serving public and private schools in upstate New York, New York City, and Long Island as a music teacher, classroom teacher, and Assistant Principal. She has published and continues to conduct research in her primary area of interest, relationships in schools and their influence on children’s and adult’s learning.
