Biography / Academic Interests
:
Prior to joining CSI, Dr. Chigogidze worked at Moscow University as a Research Associate, at the University of Saskatchewan as an Associate and Full Professor and at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he was named the H.Barton Excellence Professor and served as Head of the Mathematics Department. Since 2009 he has been a managing editor of "Topology and its Applications.” Professor Chigogidze’s research interests are related to topology, functional analysis, operator algebras and metric geometry.
