Why should I sign up for Direct Deposit?
- Direct Deposit means the day the funds are available, you
have access to your money.
- CSI currently mails financial aid checks to students. This
typically takes 2 to 3 days
longer than Direct Deposit.
Where can I have my Direct
Deposit account?
If you have either a checking or savings account you may use
it.
If not, you may open a checking or savings account at a bank
of your choice.
How do I go about setting up Direct Deposit in
my Checking Account?
- Complete the Student Financial Assistance Direct Deposit
Request/Authorization Form.
- If you don’t have one, it is available on the web
- click "Important Forms"on the left, select "Direct
Deposit Request Form" under "Other Forms" and print
a copy.
- Mark one of your checks VOID.
- Mail the VOIDED check and the completed Direct Deposit Form
to:

OR
* Outside the Bursar’s Office Payment Window there is
a Drop Box attached to the wall. Place
both the VOIDED check and the Direct Deposit Form in an envelope
and drop it into the Bursar’s Drop Box.
How do I go about setting
up Direct Deposit in my Savings Account?
- Complete the Student Financial Assistance Direct Deposit
Request/Authorization Form.
- If you don’t have one, it is available on the web
- click "Important Forms" on the left, select "Direct
Deposit Request Form" under "Other Forms" and print a copy.
- Take the Direct Deposit Form to your bank and have the bank
complete Part C.
- Mail the completed Direct Deposit Form to:

OR
Outside the Bursar’s Office Payment Window there is a Drop
Box attached to the wall. Place the Direct Deposit Form in an
envelope and drop it into the Bursar’s Drop Box.
Your financial
aid checks will then be Direct Deposited in your bank
account!
- You will have immediate access to your money.
- Your funds will not take 2 to 3 days to reach you.
- Direct Deposit is the most convenient way to receive financial
aid.
How do I cancel Direct Deposit,
if I change my mind?
Write a note to the Bursar telling the College to stop Direct
Deposit. Mail the note to the above address or drop it into
the Bursar’s Drop Box.
