Faculty-Led Courses Abroad

In 2010 the College initiated a program to increase access to cost-efficient study abroad and to expand the opportunities available to students through the Provost’s Initiative to develop new Faculty-Led Courses Abroad.

CSI faculty-led programs being offered in January 2013 include:

NUR 506: Transcultural Nursing and Global Health,

CSI faculty-led programs offered in recent summers included:

GEO 521: Scottish field geology from a historical perspective, Professor Jane Alexander, June 2-18, 2012
Business Management Course with Professor Alan Zimmerman
in Dublin, Ireland, May 26 – June 4, 2011
Geological Field Course with Professor Anderson Ohan
in Southern Italy, July 7-19, 2011

CSI faculty-led programs offered in recent winters included:

Biology Field Course in St. John, US Virgin Islands - Tropical Biology with Professor Lisa Manne (not being offered in January 2013)
Student’s Journal from the U.S. Virgin Islands
