The PASS Program is a developmental education program for incoming freshmen at the College of Staten Island (CSI) who have not passed the reading, writing or math CUNY Assessment Tests. The goal of the PASS Program is to help students pass their CUNY Assessment Tests and prepare them to move on to college-level work.

The PASS Program is sponsored by the Brooklyn Educational Opportunity Center (BEOC). The BEOC, which is a division of The State University of New York (SUNY), specializes in developmental education.
