 CSI Silent Witness Program

The Silent Witness Program is anonymous and is another way to keep us informed. It is not designed to replace the need to contact us directly with information about an emergency, crime in progress or potential harmful situation. During those situations, contact us immediately at extension 2111.

By completing the form below, you are providing us with valuable information that may be helpful in solving a crime or preventing a future incident. Public Safety officers will check for electronic reports daily.

Follow up investigation to all information submitted will be done by the Public Safety staff and other campus administrators. Incidents requiring the assistance or attention of local law enforcement officials will be promptly forwarded to their attention on an as-needed basis.
