CSTEP students must:

• Download Pre-Freshmen Summer Application
• Download Program Application
• Submit completed application to CSTEP Office and schedule an appointment with program coordinator; Alicia Murray at 718-982-2005
• Sign and adhere to all terms in CSTEP agreement
• All students are to complete a research project upon graduation; Students are required to present their work at the CSTEP Statewide Student Conference; as well as various science competitions
• PHD students judge High School Science Competition
• Commit and attend monthly CSTEP workshops
• Participate in tutoring if average falls below 2.9
• Respect peers and all STEP, CSTEP, and CSI office personnel
