Multimedia Regional Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

The Resource Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing(RCD) is committed to accessing the mainstream environment with the necessary tutoring and note-taking services. The RCD also provides academic counseling, priority registration, alternative testing, and informationand referrals pertaining to deafness and services. The RCD acts as a liason between deaf/hard of hearing students and faculty/staff members at the College.
