Email

All students and staff are provided with a College email account.

Faculty & Staff:
The College's web based email system, Microsoft Exchange, allows the College community to access their mail from any web browser on the Internet. Some features available to users are the ability to create and maintain address books, create and manage folders, and use filters to process incoming mail and protect against unsolicited emails.

All new employee accounts are processed through the Office of Human Resources and automatically receive a new email account once they have completed their new hire paperwork.

Students
Through a CUNY-wide partnership with Microsoft, we are offering students a state-of-the-art e-mail and communication suite. All students enrolled at CSI will be given a student email account.


Computer Accounts

The computers on campus that are accessible to the College community require an ID and password.


Faculty & Staff
Staff and faculty use FLAS accounts to access many of the computers and resources on campus. FLAS stands for: Faculty Staff Login Authentication System.

Students
CSI Students receive a SLAS account when they enroll as a freshman. This account gives the student the ability access many of the computers and resources on campus. SLAS stands for Student Login Authentication System.
