Student Helpdesk
The Help Desk provides the campus with the first line of defense for computer problem, questions or concerns. The Help Desk is responsible for coordinating the installation and providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking throughout the college. We also provide departmental training to faculty/staff and students through the Student Technology Literacy Initiative. We answer questions on a wide spectrum of topics ranging from mainframes to desktop computers; and on-campus local-area-networks (LANs) to the Internet. The Help Desk will assist users in resolving their computing problems, email problems, and CUNY Portal problems.
