Verrazano School
 Incoming Freshmen

New students must first apply for admission to the College of Staten Island on-line at: www.cuny.edu.

Additionally, candidates for admission must submit a supplemental application for The Verrazano School with two letters of reference. Both the application and the reference form can be downloaded below.

The minimum admissions criteria to The Verrazano School at CSI for entering freshmen are as follows:

1. Strong academic high school record;
2. High SAT scores;
3. Exemption from, or passing of, the CUNY basic skills tests;
4. Baccalaureate Eligible

Please note that enrollment in The Verrazano School at CSI is limited, and admission will be awarded only to a select group of students who apply early for the upcoming semester.
