Verrazano School Honors Program Senior Convocation

Location: Williamson Theater (1P)

The Verrazano Senior Convocation will be held to honor graduates of The Verrazano School Honors Program Class of 2016.  Verrazano degree candidates for January, June, and August 2016 will be recognized at this event.

Faculty, staff, families, and friends are invited to attend this event and celebrate the achievements of the graduating class.   There will be a dessert reception sponsored by the Office of Academic Affairs in the Green Dolphin Lounge, Campus Center (1C) immediately following the ceremony.

Verrazano New Freshman Orientation

Date: Monday, June 27th
Time: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Location: Center for the Arts (Building 1P) Atrium, College of Staten Island

All incoming Verrazano freshmen are required to attend the Verrazano Freshman Orientation on Monday, June 27th! This orientation session is open only to incoming Verrazano freshmen who have accepted their seat in the Verrazano Class of 2020. Orientation begins at 8:30 am and will conclude by 5:00 pm, and lunch will be provided. You must bring a photo ID (driver’s license or high school ID) and a pen or pencil to orientation.  

Verrazano Orientation for Current CSI and Transfer Students Admitted for Spring or Fall 2016

Date: Thursday, September 8th
Time: 2:30-4:30 pm (Club Hours)
Meeting Location: 3S-111

Congratulations current CSI students and transfer students who have been accepted to The Verrazano School Honors Program for Fall 2016! First semester freshmen do NOT attend this event.

Save the date for the mandatory Verrazano Orientation/Welcome Event that will take place on Thursday, September 8th.  This event is open only to current CSI students and transfer students who have been accepted to The Verrazano School at CSI and accepted their seat in the Verrazano Classes of 2018, 2019, or 2020, and all new Verrazano students who are not first-semester freshmen are required to attend.  Orientation will begin at 2:30 pm and conclude by 4:30 pm.  Be sure to check in by 2:30. 

You'll meet the Verrazano Director, Verrazano staff, and current students.  You'll learn more about the program, meet other students, and enjoy some refreshments.
