Veterans Educational Transition Services
To request enrollment certification for Department of Veterans’ Affairs educational benefits, you must complete the Veterans Benefit Certification Form and submit the completed form as an attachment to V.E.T.S.
Please note that you should submit a Veterans Benefits Certification Form for each semester you wish to have your enrollment certified.
You can submit the Veterans Benefits Certification Form for a semester as soon as you have registered for classes. If you do not want your enrollment certified to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for a semester, do not submit a Veterans Benefits Information form for that semester.
Course adds, drops, withdrawals, class cancellations and changes of program made after or during the semester must be reported as soon as possible in-person. Failure to due so may lead to interruption in receipt of benefits.
