The Computer Science program at CSI features specializations in game development, networking and security, data science, and high-performance computing, and has been accredited since 1989 by the CAC ABET (Computing Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology).

The College offers degrees in Computer Science from Associate through the Doctorate, and an impressive job growth rate in CS-related fields (an estimated 489,000 new jobs by 2024, faster than the average among all occupations).

Exciting news—CSI offers the accelerated 4+1 BS/MS program in Computer Science, allowing students to earn both a Bachelor’s and a prestigious MS in Computer Science in five years, saving a year on graduate tuition, books, and other expenses, as well as increasing your potential to land a well-paying job upon graduation.

The Information Systems and Informatics (ISI) program is offered as an interdisciplinary collaboration between the Computer Science Department and School of Business. Students learn to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art information systems supporting managerial decision making, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics. Possible careers include business and systems analysts, developers, data administrators, information systems consultants, and managers in information technology.
