The Computer Science department signed an Articulation agreement with Moscow Technical University of Communication and Informatics. According to this agreement graduate students from Russia will study one year in Moscow and one year at CSI.
In summary the Agreement describes the Program as follows:
- The overall program length is two years.
- During the first year students will study in Moscow and will take 4 courses, as well as prepare for the GRE (Graduate Record Examination – General Test) and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) examinations.
- During the second year the students will study in New York City will take 4 courses and prepare their graduate thesis.
- After the completion of the program, the students will receive two Master’s Diplomas from The City University of New York and Moscow Technical University of Communication and Informatics.
