Basic Training on Using “Navigate CSI” for Early Alerts and Feedback

Navigate CSI is a collaborative advisement virtual tool that aims to improve student retention and boost academic success. You have utilized this tool before for mid-semester progress reports; however it has many more components that help identify at-risk students and offers assistance with various interventions. Basic Training covers the essential features to get started: Professor/Staff Home; Adding a to-do list; creating availability, alerts, calendar, and messaging; managing progress reports based on assignments and attendance; accessing student profiles, adding notes to student record; and recording attendance and appointments. This is recommended for new users or those who need a refresher.
