Grozdena Yilmaz was chief urology physician assistant at State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center at LICH prior to joining the college. The last five years she devoted in female pelvic floor health. In addition, she was a clinical preceptor for medical and physician assistant students.  She organized and coordinated the workflow of clinical trials such as alpha-blocker for expulsive therapy for ureteral stones and high intensity focused ultra sound (HIFU) for prostate cancer. Current research interests are focused on association of urge urinary incontinence and risk of falls in females
