Dr. Isabel D. W. Rechberg is an Assistant Professor of Management at The City University New York, College of Staten Island. She holds a PhD in Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Kent, UK. She received a Master Degree in Labor Law and Relations from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor Degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Vesalius College, Belgium. Dr. Rechberg is committed to bring awareness to the critical role of individuals in the workplace to assist both individual and organizational performance. Her main research interests include Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Employee Engagement, and Emotional Intelligence.
