Nahshon Dion Anderson will headline the

Fifth Annual Black Queer Studies Lecture on Thursday, February 18 from 6:00pm-7:30pm.

Nahshon Dion Anderson is an award-winning creative non-fiction writer from Altadena, CA. Anderson will read from her forthcoming memoir, Shooting Range. An audience Q&A will follow.

Now in its fifth year, the Black Queer Studies Lecture at CSI brings the work of cutting-edge Black queer and transgender artists and intellectuals into the space of public higher education for all.

This event is co-sponsored by the Department of English; the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program; and the Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences.
