Graduation Audit Information
In order to make your final steps before graduation as smooth as possible we suggest that you browse the graduation FAQ's to gain useful information about the degree audit process, graduation and commencement.
Please note that students are required to apply for graduation in order to have their degree(s) audited. These applications must be submitted through your CUNYfirst account.
BACCALAUREATE & GRADUATE STUDENTS:
For a January 2016 degree (fall 2015 being your final semester), please login to your CUNYfirst account to apply.
You will be evaluated for any majors and or minors currently on your record. If you wish to be considered for a different major or minor, you must meet any eligibility requirements per the College Catalog and formally change your major or minor online at https://www.csi.cuny.edu/registrar/onlineforms/. Note that all such changes must be processed by the deadlines as outlined in the Academic Calendar. Changes of major/minor submitted after the deadline will not take effect until the following semester and WILL DELAY YOUR GRADUATION.
For a June or August 2016 graduation, please log into your CUNYfirst account after January 1, 2016 and complete the application process. We will begin to review June applications in February and August applications in June.
SPECIAL NOTICE TO STUDENTS SEEKING AN ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE:
Currently we are not able to accept online applications for most associate degrees. You can print the “Application for Graduation with an Associate’s Degree” at Application for Graduation with an Associate’s Degree and send it to us, or visit Enrollment Services (Building 2A, room 106) to submit one. The deadlines for this are the same as for all other degrees.
