— Why We’re Not Like Them!
Here’s what sets us apart from other job training programs:
| What WE offer | What They Offer |
|---|---|
| 70+ Staten Island based employer partnerships | Limited or generic employer ties |
| Training programs across Healthcare, Technology, Social Service, Food Protection and NOW trade skills in Renewable Energy | Limited options in 1-2 industries |
| 20+ Staten Island based internship partners | Few real-world placement options |
| Hybrid learning options that fit your lifestyle | One-size-fits-all scheduling |
| In-person classes on a 204-acre, park-like campus — the largest in NYC | Smaller, off-site, or no campus experience |
| Evening and weekend classes for working adults | Limited flexibility |
| Virtual courses for those with busy lives or long commutes | Often lacks access or personalization |
| 7+ financial aid options — many cover up to 90% of tuition | Higher cost, fewer funding options |
| Industry-recognized certifications & accreditations | Unclear or non-transferable credentials |
When we say we’re “not like them,” we mean it. Our mission is rooted in creating real opportunity — right here on Staten Island.
— Programs That Lead to Paychecks
We work hand-in-hand with over 70 local employers across New York City — and more than 20 host internships for our students.
When you train with us, you’re already on employer's radars.
— Financial Aid That Makes It Possible!
Don’t let cost hold you back.
