The Food Protection certification course is a two day, 15 hour intensive training in food protection practices to ensure the safety of food served in New York City's food establishments. This training will satisfy the New York City Health code requiring certification in food protection for supervisors, food service businesses and establishments. The Food Protection certification exam will be administered on the final day of training.

Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuition: $180.00 (includes exam fee) plus $30.00 registration fee.
The food protection training courses and certification exam will be administered in English. However, trainees may request their training manual and study materials in their preferred language.
