Welcome to The Student Technology HelpDesk webpage. This webpage is designed to provide students with information regarding technology services at CSI.
The Student Technology HelpDesk is part of the Office of Technology Systems HelpDesk. It is dedicated to assisting students with their technology needs. The HelpDesk staff provides technical support and instruction in many of the technology programs used throughout the campus, including MS Office 2010, CUNYfirst, CUNY Portal, BlackBoard and CIX email (student email).
Although our main office is located in 2A-306D, staff located in the open computer laboratories are also available to assist students. In addition, students may elect to use our ECHO system (Experience CSI’s Help On-Line). ECHO is a self service system that is available to answer many of the technology questions that students may ask.
