Global Kitchen Lecture Series: Around the World in Five Dumplings

Travel with us as we journey around the world in five dumplings. Join us to sample dumplings, pierogi, puff puff, samosa, and empanada. Two speakers will join us in mini cooking class demonstrations where you learn the basic science behind making your favorite dumpling.
