Help, Support, & Training

The Help Desk serves as CSI’s first line of defense for computer problems, questions and concerns.  Our commitment is to provide the College community with the technology services required to help you meet your goals.  In addition to software support, we provide departmental training to faculty, staff, and students in various applications, including MS Office, email and CUNY Portal.  We also schedule the computer laboratories for classes, as well as coordinate with other areas within the Office of Technology Systems, e.g. email, network, and telecommunications, to provide support for all your technology needs.  Please contact Doriann Pieve-Hyland, (718) 982.2348, if you have questions or need assistance.
