Creating a Culture of Career Readiness in the Classroom
By having one person serve both functions, we were able to provide individualized academic and career planning, which spanned all three years of the grant. During this presentation, participants will learn how to craft social and professional experiences that map to NACE competencies. Furthermore, the presentation will introduce the Forage platform, an innovative solution for driving experiential learning.
Interested faculty and staff are encouraged to create an account on education.theforage.com before the presentation by selecting “Get Started.” By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with valuable insights, actionable strategies, and access to the Forage platform, enabling them to foster a career-ready culture and drive experiential learning within their own departments.
