Our Virtual Office and Live Chat will be closed Friday, January 8th. We will resume our regular hours the week of January 11th.
If you recently changed your Spring 2021 schedule (added/dropped/swapped classes) there will be a delay in Blackboard and/or on your instructors Class Roster. Usually, it takes about 24-48 hours for classes to appear (or disappear) under “My Courses” in Blackboard. Please follow the recommendations below:
1. If there is a problem with Blackboard, Zoom or Assignments, please contact your professor immediately (their name can be found on your class schedule) using our contact directory: https://webdocs.csi.cuny.edu/phonebook/index.php
2. If your Blackboard is not functioning properly, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
3. For Billing or Financial Aid information, please contact: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org respectively
Please have patience during this time. Have a wonderful semester!
Until further notice, our office will be operating virtually Monday through Friday, during regular hours from 9 am to 5 pm.
Please DO NOT come to the office but rather email us at email@example.com or leave a message at 718-982-2280
And we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We are there for you – please reach out!
Please frequently check our CSI Coronavirus webpage.
