Understanding Reasonable Accommodations for Faculty and Staff

You will learn who is eligible to apply for reasonable accommodations as well as the process to apply. We will discuss how to appeal if a request has been denied and work on demystifying ideas concerning requests for reasonable accommodations. Lastly, we will explore real life “what would you do” scenarios based on previously filed legal cases.
