Please view our college resources such as bookstore information, health services, and the CSI Library. The information below is provided to assist you with some immediate needs as you prepare for the upcoming semester:
Office of Student Housing
Campus Center (1C), Room 212
Being a part of our new on-campus residential community is more than just having a place to sleep each night. Your roommate(s) and neighbors could become lifelong friends. As you interact with other CSI students you will have the opportunity to learn about people who are different than you and, in the process, learn more about yourself. How will we help you achieve all this? The staff at Dolphin Cove is here to help create a strong student community. Throughout the year, we'll host frequent events, such as social gatherings and guest speakers and other programs and activities all, designed to help you make friends and excel at CSI. Our Resident Assistants (RAs) are student leaders who are specially trained to help make your time at Dolphin Cove a rich and rewarding experience. Applications are available in our office in the Campus Center (room 212) or you can apply online.
College of Staten Island Residency Policy (Housing)
All enrolled full time students attending the College of Staten Island or any CUNY institution, who are in good standing, are eligible to live in CSI Student Housing on a first come, first served basis.

Center for the Arts (1P), Room 201
To park in a handicapped-reserved space on campus – you must have a valid CSI parking decal with a handicapped pass or hang-tag registered with the college. You must bring your handicapped credential and/or medical documentation to the Center of Student Accessibility. You will be given a registration card which you can present to the Office of Parking & DolphinCard Services for your special pass.
Veterans Support Services
Campus Center (1C), Room 219
The College of Staten Island is a veteran-friendly institution. CSI is dedicated to providing the support needed to help our servicemen and women adjust to college life. The Veterans Support Services was established in order to better assist and respond to those needs and to inform Veterans, and eligible family members, about the benefits and resources available to them on and off campus.
