William Dillion

William Dillon – Center for the Arts Manager

William joins us after an impressive 18-year tenure at the University of Miami, including 14 years as Director of Concert Halls Operations & Technology at the Frost School of Music. There, he presented performances by world-renowned musicians and led major building projects and renovations. William holds a BA in Biology and History from Boston University and a Graduate Business Certificate from the University of Miami. He is excited to contribute to the success of the Center for the Arts.

Camryn Brescia

Camryn Brescia – Center for the Arts Specialist

Camryn officially joins the Center for the Arts team full time as Performing Arts Specialist. Since 2016, she has grown from an Usher to Administrative Assistant and brings valuable live television experience from productions such as Saturday Night Live and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Camryn is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts (’23) with a BFA in Film and Television Production.

Charlie Sidenburg

Charlie SiedenburgProducing Artistic Director

Charlie is the Producing Artistic Director at the College of Staten Island’s Center for the Arts and an adjunct faculty member at Wagner College teaching Theatre Appreciation. A theatre professional and educator with over three decades of experience, he previously spent 21 years with Barrington Stage Company, where he held multiple leadership roles and helped shape the company’s artistic and community engagement initiatives. At CSI, he oversees main-stage productions and new programming initiatives, including the launch of CSI Summer Stage. Passionate about arts education and audience development, Charlie is dedicated to creating meaningful theatrical experiences for students, artists, and the Staten Island community.

Joseph Cipoletti

Joey CipolettiLead Technician

Joey has worked at the Center for the Arts since 2015. He is a key part of our technician team and works on various productions and events held at the CFA including concerts, dance recitals, town hall meetings, training events, and the many other events held by CSI and outside vendors. He works with our clients to make sure that their tech needs are met. He helps maintain our theaters by working with staff members and our CFA technician team to keep things operating and acts as liaison with clients and technicians. He also provides technical support for class coverage in our spaces.

Drew BeckerAdministrative Assistant

Drew Becker serves as an Administrative Assistant at the Center for the Arts (social media, budget, general inquiries), where she is known for her remarkable ability to solve problems with efficiency, creativity, and good humor—earning her the reputation of being a true “wizardress” behind the scenes. A graduate of the University of New Haven, Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science, bringing a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking to her work.

Dyna RamirezRental Event House Manager

Dyna has worked at the Center for the Arts since 2002, beginning her career as an usher while she was a student at CSI. She was promoted to Assistant House Manager in 2005 and currently serves as the Rental Event House Manager. Dyna is a graduate of the College of Staten Island, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2005, and holds a Master of Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York. With over 20 years of experience, she has managed and supported a wide range of events, from community theater and local acting groups to high-profile performances featuring Kevin James and John Leguizamo.
